  • These Terms apply to your use of Medical Doctor website operated by Medical Doctor International Studies (Sweden) LTD (the “Website” and “Us” nor “We”). These Terms are an electronic agreement that sets out the legally binding terms of your use the Website. If you wish to use the Website, you must comply with and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you object to any of these Terms, please avoid using the Website.

  • We shall not be held liable for any illegal activity committed, to the extent committed, by any of the Website other users and/or other parties over which We have no control of.
  • Clarification
    Following the decision of the Council for Higher Education dated 20 January 2026 to promote the establishment of a branch campus of the University of Debrecen for medical studies in the city of Eilat, a licensing process for the operation of the branch is currently underway.
    The commencement of studies in October 2026 is subject to the receipt of the required license and all approvals mandated by law.
• PRIVACY POLICY
  • As part of your use of the Website, we will collect, process, and store some information about you and your use of the Website. Such information might include “Personal Data” as defined under law or any other personal data by nature. • SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
  • Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, if we consider that you have breached these Terms or we otherwise consider it appropriate, we may immediately, and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Website (or any part of it).
  • On suspension or termination, you must immediately cease using the Website and must not attempt to gain further access.
• GENERAL
  • Any dispute and/or differences relating to these Terms and/or the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and settled exclusively by the competent courts in the City of Tel-Aviv.
  • Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An invalid clause shall automatically be replaced with an effective and equivalent clause, which suits most of the economic interests of the parties to these Terms.
  • Any waiver of any of these Terms must be in writing and signed by Us. The waiver of any of these Terms Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other part of the Terms.
  • These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged, or agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
